ABOUT OUR VILLAGE
Moscow is a small, quaint, peaceful river village of 155 residents (per the 2020 Census) located along the Ohio River just 25 miles east of downtown Cincinnati. The residents of Moscow have a strong sense of community and take great pride in it's rich history, parks and other public amenities. Over the years, the Village of Moscow has endured many adversities such as river flooding and a major tornado in March of 2012.
Civic engagement is essential for a thriving democracy. The Village of Moscow encourages residents to participate in local governance and community activities as together we strive to continuously improve the quality of life in what is, and always has been, a great place to live and raise a family.

Special Council Meeting Monday June 29, 2026
The Village of Moscow Council will meet in Council chambers at 30 Wells Street, Moscow, Ohio 45153 for a special meeting on Monday June 29th at 6:15 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to:
1) Consider legislation to continue participation in the Clermont County Urban County Program, under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for Program Years 2027–2029 and;
2) Consider legislation to adopt a cybersecurity policy.
